Pricing
All prices in the Online Shop are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax). Prices are subject to change, without notice.
We are very aware of the need to dispatch gear as soon as possible. If by chance any item ordered from our Online Shop, is out of stock or unavailable from our suppliers, we will advise you immediately by email or phone, giving an indication of when the product will be back in stock, or a suitable alternative.
Exchange of Goods:
It is possible that you may order an incorrect size product. If an exchange of goods is required, please follow the below procedure to ensure prompt service.
1. Contact Kilbirnie Sports by phone or email to discuss your exchange requirements.
2. If your exchange is approved, then return the unused product to the following address:

3. Include proof of purchase.
4. Include a note with Name and Address and the preferred sizing of the returned products.
5. Include courier cost of the original order, or call the store to confirm the postage cost for the exchanged good. This can be processed with a credit card over the phone. Please note goods will not be sent out until the postage cost is paid.
Warranty Claims and Replacements:
Kilbirnie Sports is not legally bound to replace, refund or repair any product purchased until the product manufacturer, importer or supplier authorises such a claim after inspecting the damaged, faulty or unsuitable product. Please ensure that you return any unsatisfactory product immediately for inspection. Requests for replacement without inspection or proof of purchase may be declined.
Cancellation:
Kilbirnie Sports is not required to cancel any order after it is placed and payment has been completed. However if you have made a mistake in your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to help you. If your order has already been shipped you will need to talk to us about a refund or replacement which will be decided on a case by case basis.
Warning:
Beware of buying your Cricket equipment from some unauthorised Cricket suppliers on the internet. They have no credible evidence of stock and no history for warranty, maintenance or customer care.
Say No to unauthorised and non reputable online Cricket suppliers !!
